Studio City, CA (CNS) - The Grammy nominated singer has written "We'll Get By Somehow (We Always Do)" which was inspired by his new Hallmark Channel Original Movie "Christmas In Canaan" that premieres December 12th. The world premiere of the video for the song will be shown on the Hallmark Channel on Saturday November 28th.

The exclusive first showing of the video will be during the premiere of another Hallmark Channel Original Movie, "The National Tree" which starts 8pm ET/PT on Saturday November 28th. In addition to this showing, the song and video will roll out on to various Hallmark Channel websites and social networking accounts.

The video for the new song "We'll Get By Somehow (We Always Do)" was filmed at Billy Ray Cyrus's Nashville farm and was written in response to a storyline in his new Hallmark Channel Original Movie "Christmas In Canaan". The movie premieres on the network Saturday December 12th 8pm ET/PT, 7C.

In the film Billy Ray Cyrus plays a widower struggling to raise his kids and has this to say about the role; "When I read the script, I was floored to realize that this character I'm playing, Daniel, was my dad. I had to take it on because it's like I'm able to honor him with this role, and that's a bigger thrill than I can say. And to also be able to write and sing the theme song really brings it all full circle."
