London, England (CNS) - High heels-lover Victoria Beckham may be forced to wear flat shoes for a month. Posh will reportedly undergo foot surgery after being advised by doctors to have her bunions removed from her feet

Doctors allegedly told the former Spice Girl to undergo surgery on both feet to remove her painful bunions, which were caused by constantly wearing high heels.

But Beckham, who is often photographed wearing sky-high shoes, is determined to put off the hospital visit.

She has reportedly been doing exercises and had corrective insoles in her shoes to avoid the operation, fearing she wouldn't be able to wear her beloved high heels for months.
