The 63-year-old actor was photographed taking some kids for a spin on Sunday. But what looked like an innocent car ride turns out to be illegal.
Two young girls were seen sharing the front seat and its seatbelt, a violation of California state law.
LAPD Detective Bill Bustos told RadarOnline.com that driving with two passengers in one seat is vehicle code violation 27360.
Stallone is not the only celebrity seen breaking driving laws in California. Pal Arnold Schwarzenegger, the incumbent governor of the state, was recently seen parking in a red zone.
The Governator's wife, Maria Shriver, was also caught driving while using his cellphone earlier this month.
