Country Singer Randy Travis To Perform At 2010 Cattlemen's Ball For Cancer Fundraising

Kearney, NE (CNS) - Country music superstar Randy Travis is helping to join the fight against cancer. Travis will be the featured performer at the 2010 Cattlemen's Ball to be held in Kearney, Nebraska on June 4 and June 5.

The award-winning singer will perform on June 5 at the ball. The event will also include a dinner, dance, fashion show, wine tasting and craft fair.

The goal of the event is to raise money for cancer research at the UNMC Eppley Cancer Center, while also showcasing rural Nebraska and promoting beef as a healthy diet. The foundation has raised more than $3.7 million dollars since it was founded.
