Anaheim, CA (AHN) - Teemu Selanne scored on a pair of power plays, and the Anaheim Ducks defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 3-0 Friday.

Chicago's Duncan Keith received two minutes in the box for slashing Kyle Calder to set the table for Teemu Selanne, who scored on Corey Perry's and Ryan Whitney's pass.

Anaheim (10-11-3) continued its momentum in the second period with the extra man.

Selanne scored his 14th goal of the season 5:53 into the second off of Hawks goalie Cristobal Huet (31 saves).

Chicago's Dustin Byfuglien was tagged two minutes for goaltender interference against Ducks' Jean-Sebastien Giguere (28 saves) for another scoring opportunity.

Chicago's Brent Sopel received a hooking penalty on Ryan Getzlaf to help defenseman Nick Boynton add his first goal of the season.

Boynton one-timed it at 10:26 that put the Hawks in the hole, 3-0.

Perry extended his point streak to 17 games with his helper.

Anaheim improved to 10-11-3, and the Blackhawks snapped an eight-game winning streak to fall to 16-6-2.
