6/8/2011 NBC wins Olympic TV rights through 2020 GamesNBC wanted the Olympics and put up the money to make sure it got them. NBC prevailed in a the three-way competition for U.S. Olympic television rights with a $4.38 billion bid. The deal will give NBC the rights to the Olympics through 2020 in a new four-games deal with the IOC.
