Dutch appeals court denies Apples plea to ban sale of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1A Dutch court on Tuesday denied Apple Inc.s appeal to ban the sale of Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Europe.
The Gerechthof's-Gravenhage appeals court in The Hague, Netherlands upheld a lower courts ruling in August last year that the design of the Samsung tablet is different from the iPad and does not infringe on the latters design patent.

Judge rules for Arm & Hammer in case against Clorox cat litterA Manhattan judge has ruled in favor of Arm & Hammer in the company's lawsuit against Clorox, which was found to have made false claims in a television ad on cat litter. Clorox is enjoined from airing the commercial, which is based on a test involving jars of used litter, some with carbon, some with baking soda, that were sealed for at least 22 hours and then sniffed by 11 human testers in a sensory booth.
