The Gerechthof's-Gravenhage appeals court in The Hague, Netherlands upheld a lower court’s ruling in August last year that the design of the Samsung tablet is different from the iPad and does not infringe on the latter’s design patent.

Clorox is enjoined from airing the commercial, which is based on a test involving jars of used litter, some with carbon, some with baking soda, that were sealed for at least 22 hours and then sniffed by 11 human testers in a sensory booth.
