EC question Samsung, Apple over smartphone patentsThe European Commission is questioning both Samsung Electronics and Apple over their ongoing patent infringement lawsuits. The two former partners have at least 30 lawsuits between them in 10 countries over the operating systems used in their respective smartphones.
